This print is based on a night scene of Frances Street, Kilrush, County Clare in the heavy Atlantic drizzle.  Frances Street is one of the widest streets in Ireland and features solid Georgian style houses.  The AIB bank is at the far right of this image and is known locally as “The Red Bank”.
